Job Title: Data Entry Operator Location: Panchkula. IT Park Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Night Shift About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong typing skills, excellent command of Microsoft Excel, and good communication abilities. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems, as well as supporting the team with basic reporting and communication tasks. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems. Maintain and update customer/client information regularly. Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. Generate basic reports using Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, pivot tables, etc.). Communicate with internal teams or clients for data clarification and follow-ups. Ensure confidentiality and security of data at all times. Perform routine data audits and corrections as needed. Requirements: Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables preferred). Excellent typing speed and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
