Data Entry Operator (DEO)

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator (DEO) to accurately input, manage, and maintain critical data for our organization. The ideal candidate possesses strong proficiency in spreadsheet applications and is committed to data accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input large volumes of data from various source documents into our internal systems, databases, and digital platforms.
• Spreadsheet Management: Utilize Google Sheets and Advanced Microsoft Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) to organize, clean, manipulate, and analyze data efficiently.
• Data Verification: Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or deficiencies, correcting and escalating issues as needed to ensure data integrity and quality.
• Documentation & Filing: Maintain an organized system for digital and physical records, ensuring all documentation is easily retrievable.
• Communication: Read, understand, and draft basic correspondences in English related to data clarification and reporting.
• Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports and summaries from the compiled data as required by management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience as a Data Entry Operator or in a similar data management role.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Advanced knowledge and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proven experience working with Google Sheets.
• Language Skills: Knowledge of basic English (reading, writing, and comprehension) is required.
• Commitment: Must be seeking long-term job stability and commitment to the role.
• Location: Must reside within a 30-45 minute commute of the workplace.
• Personal Status: Open to both Male or Female candidates (Married individuals are preferred).
