Data entry Operator / Computer Operator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Operator to input and maintain accurate records within our database systems. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of data with accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and verify data into designated systems or databases.
• Review data for accuracy and completeness before input.
• Retrieve and organize data as needed for reporting or analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Identify and correct data entry errors or inconsistencies.
• Generate reports and summaries from the database when requested.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Follow company policies and procedures for data management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Typist, or in a similar role.
• Proficient typing skills with high accuracy (minimum [XX] words per minute).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
• Good communication skills for coordinating with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
