Roles and Responsibilities

• Accurate data entry of PTL shipments, consignments, and delivery details in the system
• Updating inward, outward, POD, and billing-related data on a daily basis
• Maintaining records of LRs, invoices, delivery status, and discrepancies
• Coordinating with the warehouse, operations, and billing teams for data accuracy
• Generating daily and monthly MIS reports as required
• Ensuring data is entered within defined timelines with zero or minimal errors
• Maintaining confidentiality of company and client data
