Job Description

  • Efficiently & accurately input,update & maintain information in computer systems and databases.
  • Reviewing entered data for errors, inconsistencies, and discrepancies, and making necessary corrections to maintain data integrity.
  • Organizing and managing physical & digital files, including performing regular backups to secure data.
  • Creating spreadsheets, documents, and reports from the data as requested by supervisors or other departments.
  • Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining data security and confidentiality.

Required Skills and Qualifications -

  • Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing speed is essential for efficient data input.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and Excel).
  • Organizational Skills: Good time management and organizational skills are needed to manage tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
