Data Entry Operator / Back Office Executive

Job Description

Technical & Organizational Skills : Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) Basic understanding of marketing concepts or product catalogs (preferably in electrical or hardware sector) Ability to coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, logistics) and external stakeholders (dealers, vendors) Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting Ability to multitask and manage priorities under tight deadlines Capable of maintaining confidentiality and professional conduct Key Responsibilities: Ability to manage large volumes of data in a structured manner. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output. Ability to meet deadlines, and Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Entering customer and account data from source documents within time limits. Highlight the capability to compare source documents with entered data to ensure accuracy. Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks. Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry. Scan documents and print files, when needed Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner Experience & Other Specifications: Graduate in any discipline 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing, electrical, or hardware industry Familiarity with the electrical product domain (switches, wiring devices, etc.) Required Male & Local Candidate Only Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Work Location: In person Expected Start Date: 01/06/2025
