Designation: Data Entry Opeartor Job Summary
  • Data Entry:

  • Accurately enter patient information, medical records, and other data into the hospitals electronic health record (EHR) system.
  • Update and maintain patient records with new information as it becomes available.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all entries.
  • Record Management:

  • Organize and file electronic and paper records as required.
  • Retrieve patient records for medical staff and authorized personnel as needed.
  • Assist in the scanning and indexing of paper records into the electronic system.
  • Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to hospital policies regarding patient information and data security.
  • Quality Control:

  • Review data entries for errors and discrepancies.
  • Perform regular audits of entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Report any data inconsistencies or errors to the supervisor for resolution.
Experience: 2-3 yrs
