Data Entry & Lead Coordination Executive – Tiles & Sanitary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle data entry on our website, coordinate leads from multiple platforms, and maintain structured data processes on Excel. This role ensures smooth digital operations and accurate customer information flow for our tiles and sanitaryware showroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update product details on the company website.
• Manage and coordinate leads from different sources (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Justdial, etc.).
• Record, track, and update lead information in structured Excel sheets.
• Maintain accuracy and consistency of customer and product data.
• Coordinate with showroom staff and management for timely updates.
• Prepare simple reports for management review.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must know formulas, tables, and structured data entry).
• Basic knowledge of website data entry or product uploads.
• Strong communication skills for handling leads and follow-ups.
• Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Organized mindset with ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp Web, emails, and online tools.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in data entry, operations, or coordination roles.
• Experience in retail, showroom, or building materials sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• Freshers with strong Excel skills and quick learning ability may also apply.
