Data Entry Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will have fast typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience with spreadsheets and data entry software. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our company’s records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
• Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data protection guidelines.
• Retrieve data from various sources as requested.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or office management is a plus.
• Proven experience as a data entry operator or office clerk.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with CRM systems or database management tools.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
