We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Data Entry Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various platforms and systems. You should have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, making corrections as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Ensure timely completion of data entry tasks to support business operations.
Generate and maintain reports as required by the management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Perform regular backups and data maintenance activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator/Executive or in a similar role.
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with data entry software/tools.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Minimum qualification: Graduate/12th Pass (depending on your preference).

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Basic knowledge of databases and CRM systems.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
