A Data Entry Executive is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data.
Maintain confidentiality and security of all information.
Prepare and generate reports as required.
Retrieve data for analysis or operational needs.
Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
Coordinate with team members to ensure data accuracy and timely completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles.
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer operations.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills.
