Data Entry Executive

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Executive to support our CRM data management and UAE Visa portal entry processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling large volumes of data with accuracy and working efficiently to meet deadlines. This role requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the company CRM system accurately and promptly.
• Perform data entry and processing in the UAE Visa portal with complete precision.
• Verify, review, and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of all data and documents handled.
• Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and clarification, when required.
• Generate and maintain reports related to data entry tasks.
• Follow company standards, guidelines, and timelines for all data entry assignments.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry or administrative roles.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good typing speed with high accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and good organization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or visa portals is an added advantage.
• Freshers with good typing skills can also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
