Job Description

Data Entry and Management: Accurately enter data into company databases and systems. Maintain and update records, ensuring that all data is complete and accurate. Review and verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency. Data Quality and Accuracy: Identify errors or inconsistencies in data and take corrective actions as required. Perform regular checks to ensure data integrity and quality. Ensure all data is processed and filed correctly for future reference. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and generate reports based on entered data for internal use. Ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks as per deadlines. Maintain proper documentation of data entry procedures and guidelines. Collaboration and Communication: Coordinate with other departments to ensure data is accurate and up to date.
