About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. This role requires a high level of accuracy, good organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter, verify, and update data in company databases, spreadsheets, and systems.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data entered.
Review, correct, and maintain existing data records.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files.
Generate reports and provide data as requested by management.
Maintain data confidentiality and follow company data security policies.
Meet daily/weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry or similar administrative role preferred.
Intermediate in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
Intermediate typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Intermediate communication skills.
High school diploma required; additional certifications in office management (Optional) or data-related fields are a plus.
