Job Title: Operations Sales
ocation - Ghatkopar west, Mumbai
Working days- 6 days
Working hours - 10pm - 7am
Work setup - Inoffice ( no rotation )

NOTE - Sunday will be working and any other weekday will be given a week off.

Key Responsibilities:
● Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions. ● Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts.● Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback.● Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently.● Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties.● Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency.● Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes.● Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience.

Requirements:
● A graduate degree is a must.● Strong organizational and time-management skills.● Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.● Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.● Should know Microsoft Excel.
