Data Entry Assistant

Role Overview: As a Data Entry Operator at Trust Travel and Tours Pvt. Ltd. in Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to enter, update, and verify information into computer systems and databases. You will play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and confidentiality, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data records across various types of data, such as financial, personal, or transactional information. Key Responsibilities: - Entering Data: Input data into online and offline filling forms, create bills, spreadsheets, and update company systems with accuracy and efficiency. - Data Verification: Review and correct data for errors or inconsistencies to maintain data accuracy. - Maintaining Records: Keep digital files organized, accurate, and up-to-date within the system. - Data Quality Control: Ensure the accuracy of entered data and maintain data consistency across different platforms. - Handling Confidential Information: Maintain the confidentiality and security of sensitive data at all times. - Organizing and Storing Files: Scan, organize, and store physical or digital documents systematically. Qualifications Required: - HSC / Graduate Required Skills: - Typing Proficiency: Possess accurate typing skills. - Attention to Detail: Ability to detect errors and ensure data accuracy. - Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining organized files and systems. - Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management software. - Time Management: Efficiently manage time to meet deadlines. - Communication Skills: Collaborate with other teams or departments for data clarification or verification. - Problem-Solving: Address discrepancies in data and propose effective solutions.
