Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Intelligence / Data Engineering Specialist

to design, build, and manage

web-based business intelligence (BI) reporting solutions

. The role involves working with BI platforms that provide personalized, interactive reporting capabilities, intuitive dashboards, and seamless integration between reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with

BI tools

such as Cognos, Actuate, MicroStrategy, Tableau, and similar technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain
interactive BI reports, dashboards, and scorecards
.
Build solutions that allow users to
drill down into report content
and access insights via intuitive interfaces.
Integrate BI platforms to enable users to
toggle easily between reporting and analytical tasks
.
Enable
report distribution
over web, email, portals, or file servers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to
translate business requirements into BI solutions
.
Optimize report performance and ensure
data accuracy and consistency
.
Maintain technical documentation and provide
training or knowledge transfer
to end-users.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Hands-on experience in
Business Intelligence (BI) platforms
such as Cognos, Actuate, MicroStrategy, Tableau, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of
reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics
.
Experience in
web-based BI report design and development
.
Familiarity with
integration between BI tools and data sources
.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills / Good to Have

Experience in
digital manufacturing or MFG002_Data Engineering
context.
Knowledge of BI personalization features and advanced
interactive reporting techniques
.
Exposure to multiple BI tools and platforms for cross-tool integration.
