About the Role
We're looking for a Data Engineering Lead to take complete ownership of our data ecosystem - from acquiring and ingesting data from multiple sources, through structuring and storing it in well-designed, accessible formats, to enabling reporting, analytics, and product-driven insights.
You will set the vision and strategy for how data flows through the organization, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business priorities. This includes supporting both batch and real-time needs, enforcing strong governance, and ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and trusted across teams.
