Data Engineering Lead

As a Data Engineering Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the development of robust data pipelines, leading a team of 5 to 7 engineers, and architecting innovative solutions tailored to client needs. You will be the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring alignment on project goals and engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements. Additionally, you will design and implement end-to-end data pipelines, lead technical project execution, and manage and mentor a team of data engineers. Your role will involve hands-on development, performance tuning, and troubleshooting complex technical issues within data systems. You will be expected to embrace a consulting mindset, stay updated with emerging data technologies, and drive internal initiatives to improve processes. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in data engineering and expertise in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.
