Job Description

Trianz is seeking a Data Engineer lead who builds and maintains the systems and pipelines that collect, process, store, and organize raw data making it clean, structured, and accessible for analysts, data scientists and business users.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead engineering efforts: design system architecture, conduct code/design reviews, mentor the team, enforce best-practices, and uphold engineering standards.
Build and maintain backend/data systems and scalable pipelines using Python and SQL including APIs, automation frameworks, data processing modules, and reusable components.
Develop and manage ELT/ETL/ data-warehouse-centric workflows using Snowflake (and associated ingestion/warehouse tasks), optimizing data storage, query performance and cost-efficiency.
Architect, deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and data workloads on Amazon Web Services (and related services), and containerize/deploy using Docker also implement CI/CD pipelines via Gi b Actions (or equivalent) for both applications and data pipelines.
Collaborate cross-functionally translate business requirements into technical solutions; work with product owners, analysts, QA and other stakeholders; communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence: research and adopt new tools/technologies, standardize processes, automate where possible; foster a high-performance, learning-oriented engineering culture.
