Data Engineer Lead

• Evaluate, design, and implement solutions to improve cost, quality, and performance of data products
• Work alongside other team members promoting a DevSecOps culture
• Participate in data delivery and modernization initiatives for the product
• Provide technical guidance to peers and solve well-defined problems with little guidance

What Skills You Need (Required skills/experiences)

• Proven experience in the design, development, testing (TDD) and integration of high complex software solutions leveraging change management (4 years)
• Experience in full-stack development and designing loosely coupled API based systems (4 years)
• Experience designing and delivering Transactional, Warehouse, Analytical and Reporting Data Platforms leveraging modern cloud data technologies (4 years)
• Proven experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment (2 years)
• Proven deep experience leveraging DevSecOps and lean development principles such as Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (2 years)
• Deep experience in cloud development with the AWS platform (1 years)
