Data Engineer

As a Data Engineer specializing in DataOps & Support, your role will involve a combination of technical troubleshooting, analytical problem-solving, and proactive management of data integrity issues within enterprise-scale data systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the health, reliability, and accuracy of critical data workflows that drive business operations. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively monitor data pipelines for Tune-In & Local reports to ensure ongoing reliability. - Analyze and debug data integrity issues, escalating bugs when necessary. - Troubleshoot DAG execution failures in different environments using tools such as Apache Airflow. - Create and maintain detailed documentation, including fixes, runbooks, and best practices. - Provide on-call support for TV schedule partner feeds, resolving time-sensitive issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing both independently and collaboratively. - Suggest improvements to data processes, identify potential risks, and bottlenecks for continuous improvement. Mandatory Skills: - Strong experience in DataOps, Technical Support, or Reporting QA. - Proficiency in Snowflake, Apache Airflow (DAGs), Python, and advanced SQL. - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and organizational capabilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with tools like Astronomer, Retool, UI Bakery, Sigma. - Familiarity with cloud data warehouses. - Understanding of QA concepts such as null checks, duplicate detection, and outlier/user error handling. - Domain knowledge in Ad Tech, including TV schedules, attribution models, and conversion/lift reporting.,
