Job Description

Job Title: Data Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Engineer with a strong focus on DBT and Snowflake.
Proficiency in SQL and programming languages such as Python or Scala.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement data models, ETL processes, and data pipelines using DBT and Snowflake.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Optimize and maintain existing data pipelines and ensure the efficient loading of data into Snowflake.
Monitor data quality and performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Ensure documentation of data processes, models, and architecture for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices related to data engineering, DBT, and Snowflake.
