As a Data Center Manager at NK Securities Research, you will be the backbone of the high-frequency trading operations, ensuring that the high-performance computing (HPC) clusters run at peak efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations in data centers, overseeing the setup and installation of hardware and software, monitoring the health of deployed hardware, managing inventory, and collaborating with vendors. In this role, you will work closely with software developers and system administrators to ensure work in colocations and data centers, as well as contribute to automation and workflow improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in Data Centre management. Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a mindset geared towards process automation are essential for success in this role.
