• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from understanding the customer's needs (voice of customer) to ideation, design conceptualization, creating specifications, 3D modeling, prototyping, testing, qualification, project execution, and sustaining through the product's end of life.
• Work closely with customers, sales, Field Application Engineers (FAE), and Product Managers (PM) to gather clear VOC insights, and provide engineering evaluations and proposals.
• Proven experience in Data Cables, Co-axial cables, Ethernet cable, high-speed cable assembly design, testing, and development.
• Knowledge of Communication protocol like CAN, LIN, Flex Ray, Ethernet and respective standards SAEJ1939/ISO11898, ISO17897, ISO17458 IEEE 802.3bw etc.
• Knowledge of new automotive technologies like ADAS etc.
• Proficiency in LEANPD project processes, DFMEA, DFM/DFA, and best practices in engineering design and validation.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
• involves connector design and modification of high-speed connectors by considering SI analysis and customer requirements.
• Knowledge of CAD software like CATIA, Pro-cabling advantageous.

• The Cable Assembly Engineer is responsible for Data Cables, Co-axial cables, Ethernet cable, high-speed cable assembly design, testing, and development.
• The role entails providing innovative solutions for customers and managing engineering documentation in compliance with systems and procedures.
