Roles and Responsibilities

• Architecture and Design:

  Apply excellent skills to design robust and scalable architectures, with a focus on understanding the latest technologies and their relationship to the business knowledge of customer service experiences.

• Data Expertise:

  Utilize a very good knowledge of

  data modeling

  and

  business intelligence

  to support the implementation of

  customer-facing applications

  .

• Software Development:

  Leverage software development experience, especially in

  Python

  , and familiarity with various development frameworks.

• Agile Collaboration:

  Work effectively as part of an

  Agile/Scrum team

  .

• Innovation:

  Stay current with the latest analytics skill sets and have experience with

  MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

  and

  POC (Proof of Concept)

  rapid prototyping, especially in the

  AI

  space.

• Global Teamwork:

  Collaborate with cross-regional teams around the globe, using advanced spoken and written English.

Skills Required

• Proven experience in a

  Solution Architect

  or a similar role.
• Excellent understanding of

  data modeling

  .
• Experience in the implementation of

  customer-facing applications

  .
• Expertise in software development, especially

  Python

  .
• Familiarity with

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.
• A good understanding of the latest

  analytics skill sets

• Experience with

• Basic certification or knowledge of
