Data Architect

As the Team Lead, Data Conversion at Innovya Technologies, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, serving as the primary point of contact for large-scale complex product implementations and business-led change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include leading the data conversion team to implement project deliverables, collaborating with client operations and executive teams to align business requirements with technical requirements, and overseeing data-related initiatives to identify innovation and improvement opportunities. Your role will also involve facilitating the integration mapping of client data from source systems to our industry-leading platform, ensuring adherence to project governance, standards, and processes. You will work closely with project managers to successfully deliver key projects and objectives, develop a deep understanding of conversion products, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders about project deliverables and updates. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of total experience in IT, with at least 9 years of experience in any ETL tool. You should possess strong knowledge of extract, transform, load (ETL) methodologies for large-scale data conversions, integrations, and/or migrations, as well as experience in automating manual data conversion, migration, or integration processes. Proficiency in SQL scripting, data mapping tools, and various data applications/systems such as Oracle SQL, Excel, and .csv files is essential. Furthermore, you should have demonstrated success in scoping, developing, testing, and implementing data conversions, as well as the ability to determine priorities daily to achieve business objectives. Experience in customer SIT, UAT, migration, and go-live support, as well as creating cloud migration strategies and defining delivery architecture, will be advantageous. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, have 8+ years of experience as a data conversion specialist or in a similar role, and possess excellent English written, oral, and presentation skills. While experience in equity compensation or financial data is a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.
