Data Annotator Intern

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Data Annotation Interns to join our team for a 3-month internship. As a Data Annotator, you will be primarily responsible for working with prompts, tagging, and organizing datasets that contribute to the development and training of AI systems. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in AI training workflows and data operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, review, and annotate text-based prompts according to given guidelines
• Work extensively on data tagging, classification, and validation
• Maintain and manage datasets using tools like MS Excel, VLOOKUP, and Advanced Excel functions
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness in data entries
• Collaborate with the data team to improve annotation workflows and maintain documentation
• Follow quality control standards and meet daily/weekly productivity targets

Requirements:

• Basic to intermediate understanding of data annotation and prompt-based work
• Familiarity with MS Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced features
• Good attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Medium-level communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work within set guidelines
• Currently pursuing or recently completed graduation in any stream (preferred: Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or related fields)
