Data and Analytics Architect

Role Overview: As a Data Architect at Wipro, your role involves defining and developing Enterprise Data Structure, Data Warehouse, Master Data, Integration, and transaction processing. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening modeling standards and business information. Your key responsibilities include defining Data Architecture that supports the organization and clients in new/existing deals, partnering with business leadership, assessing data benefits and risks, creating data strategy and roadmaps, engaging stakeholders for data governance, ensuring data storage and database technologies are supported, monitoring compliance with Data Modeling standards, overseeing frameworks for data management, and collaborating with vendors and clients to maximize the value of information. Moreover, you will build enterprise technology environments for data architecture management, develop standard patterns for data layers, data stores, data hub & lake, evaluate implemented systems, collect and integrate data, create data models, implement best security practices, and demonstrate strong experience in database architectures and design patterns. You will enable Delivery Teams by providing optimal delivery solutions and frameworks, build relationships with delivery and practice leadership teams, define database structures and specifications, establish relevant metrics, monitor system capabilities and performance, integrate new solutions, manage projects, identify risks, ensure quality assurance, recommend tools for reuse and automation, and support the integration team for better efficiency. Furthermore, you will ensure optimal Client Engagement by supporting pre-sales teams, negotiating and coordinating with client teams, demonstrating thought leadership, and acting as a trusted advisor. Qualifications Required: - Experience in defining and developing Enterprise Data Structure, Data Warehouse, Master Data, Integration, and transaction processing. - Strong expertise in Data Architecture, data strategy, data governance, and data modeling standards. - Proficiency in developing enterprise technology environments, data layers, data stores, data hub & lake, and database architectures. - Demonstrated experience in implementing security best practices, data integration, and database design patterns. - Ability to provide optimal delivery solutions, establish relevant metrics, and ensure quality assurance. - Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders, build relationships, and support client engagement. - Thought leadership, negotiation skills, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
