Data Analytics Lead

As an experienced Data Analytics Lead with expertise in NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW), Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), your role will involve designing and leading enterprise analytics solutions. This includes integrating multiple data sources, building actionable dashboards, and driving insights aligned with business KPIs. Strong leadership in solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and team mentoring will be key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of NSAW, FDI, and OAC solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Customer Experience domains. - Design and configure data pipelines, data models, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to capture analytics requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure timely delivery. - Integrate data from various enterprise systems into NSAW/OAC, including NetSuite, Fusion Applications, Salesforce, AS/400, etc. - Optimize ETL/ELT processes for performance, scalability, and governance. - Drive data quality, security, and compliance in analytics solutions. - Provide thought leadership on modern analytics practices such as AI/ML integration, predictive insights, and embedded analytics. - Mentor junior team members in data modeling, report development, and troubleshooting. - Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Data Analytics / Business Intelligence with at least 3+ years hands-on experience in NSAW, OAC, and FDI. - Strong expertise in data modeling, semantic layer design, and KPI development. - Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM data structures and NetSuite data models. - Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT design, and data integration tools. - Experience in dashboards, self-service reporting, and visualization best practices. - Strong knowledge of cloud data architecture and data governance. - Exposure to AI/ML-driven analytics within the Oracle ecosystem is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proven leadership ability to manage teams and deliver complex analytics programs. Good to Have: - Experience in Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) or other cloud data warehouses. - Familiarity with Data Lake architectures and integration with OAC/NSAW. - Prior experience in prebuilt accelerators or industry-specific analytics solutions. - Certification in Oracle Analytics Cloud, Fusion Analytics Warehouse, or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).,
