Data Analytics and Reporting Manager

Role Overview: As a proactive and skilled Data, Analytics & Reporting Manager at 66degrees, you will be responsible for setting up and managing various analytics tools, extracting key data, and presenting/reporting it in a clear, actionable format. Your role as a data-driven Marketing Analyst will involve coordinating with multiple departments/stakeholders within the organization globally to track ROI and make data-informed decisions across the business. Key Responsibilities: - Configure, manage, and utilize a suite of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Semrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Octopost, Google Looker Studio, MS CLarity, Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Power BI, etc MarTech Tools. - Extract and analyze data from various sources to create comprehensive reports, charts, and graphs using tools like Excel and Google Looker Studio to capture Return on Marketing Investments (RoMI) and drive business/marketing strategy. - Collaborate with sales and delivery teams to track marketing and business-related expenditures by leveraging tools like Salesforce to determine the return on investment for initiatives. - Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and delivery departments to ensure accurate data collection and aligned reporting with business goals. - Go beyond simple reporting to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications: - Proven experience in digital marketing analytics and tracking. - Strong expertise in at least 50% of the following tools: Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Semrush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Octopost, Google Looker Studio, MS CLarity, Salesforce Account Engagement, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Power BI. - High proficiency in Excel and Google Looker Studio for data analysis and visualization. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex data findings to technical and non-technical audiences. - Confident personality with excellent communication skills to navigate inter-departmental collaboration and influence stakeholders.,
