Collaborate on content alignment with brand and marketing strategies. Backlog & User Stories Create, prioritize, and maintain user stories for website features and IT operations. Support sprint planning and delivery cycles with the Product Manager. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with development, marketing, design, and IT teams to deliver website and IT projects. Coordinate with the IT team for website uptime, security, and performance. Data Analytics & Insights Track and analyze website performance metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions). Assist in A/B testing and provide recommendations based on data. IT Operations Support Monitor website IT infrastructure (e.g., hosting, security updates, server performance). Address minor IT issues related to the websites performance. Quality Assurance & Testing Ensure website features are tested, meet functional requirements, and are free of bugs. Participate in UAT and bug resolution. Documentation & Reporting Maintain clear documentation for product specifications, progress, and releases. Report project status and metrics to stakeholders.
