What you'll be doing:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, develop, and deliver data products and AI pilot use cases
- Conduct data analysis to extract insights that inform product decisions and business strategies
- Build and maintain predictive models, machine learning pipelines, and decision-support tools
- Communicate findings clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Develop dashboards and reports to support performance monitoring, customer behaviour analysis, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, accessibility, and utility
- Support project planning, timeline estimation, and reporting for data initiatives
- Promote best practices in data science, data governance, and ethical AI
Who we're looking for:
- Proven experience in data analytics, data science, or a related role
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python (including Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data modelling
- Experience with BI tools, particularly ThoughtSpot
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern data platforms
- Proven track record in delivering end-to-end data projects
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented mindset
