Must Have
• 2-4 years of experience in Process Mining, BPM, or Process Intelligence consulting.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Celonis and/or Signavio solutions (minimum one full lifecycle).
• Strong knowledge of SQL, data models, and ETL logic.
• Understanding of BPMN, process design, and process optimization techniques.
• Functional understanding of at least one process domain: Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, or Hire-to-Retire.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and business storytelling Preferred Skills
• Familiarity with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx) or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Exposure to Lean Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement methodologies.
• Awareness of AI and GenAI-driven process transformation approaches. • Experience working with global clients or consulting firms in process excellence or transformation roles.
