Job Description

Collect and compile data from lab tests (Germination, Genetic purity, Moisture, Vigour, Seed health, etc.)
Maintain and update databases for internal and external quality tests (R R, SPC, PT, MRM, Ring Tests)
Monitor compliance with ISTA / NABL / in-house quality standards
Analyse trends in seed quality parameters across lots, locations, seasons
Develop dashboards and quality scorecards (e.g. % pass rate, customer complaints, lab variation)
Generate batch-wise or crop-wise quality performance reports
Perform variance and root cause analysis for failed lots or complaints
Use historical data to forecast lot performance and predict risks
Track the impact of corrective or preventive actions (CAPA)
Identify bottlenecks or quality drop points using statistical methods
Collaborate with production, R D, and Seed Tech Research to align quality goals

Experience :

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in the same role.
Strong in MS Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, Python/R (basic level)
Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control) in agricultural

B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Agriculture, Seed Technology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
