Data Analyst

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Data Quality & Reconciliation:

• Cleanse inaccurate or incomplete data from legacy upstream systems (e.g., Siebel, Genesis).
• Ensure data integrity, completeness, and accuracy during collection and processing.
• Identify and resolve missing, inconsistent, or duplicate data entries.
• Gather data from multiple systems and perform reconciliations to ensure consistency.

Order Management & Issue Prevention:

• Review incoming orders to proactively identify and prevent downstream issues that may impact customers or business operations.
• Maintain defined standards for quality and efficiency across all transactions.
• Communicate changes in order processing systems or workflows in a timely manner.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

• Work closely with stakeholders, including SOS teams and Account Managers, to resolve data and process issues.
• Provide feedback on system and process challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Recommend process enhancements to support more effective data-driven decision-making.

Qualification

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Experience or working knowledge of the Order to Cash (O2C) process.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Familiarity with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
• Exposure to SAP Financial Accounting (FI) module is highly desirable.
• Strong data interpretation and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather, analyse, and reconcile data from multiple systems.
