Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Job Timing:- 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST

Experience:- 4-7 years

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and Alteryx, and will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau.

Automate data workflows and cleansing processes using Alteryx and Python.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Perform ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives and operational decisions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.

Document data models, processes, and reporting standards for scalability and reuse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in data analysis or business intelligence.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Power Query, Pivot Tables, and complex formulas).

4+ years using Power BI and Tableau for visualization, storytelling, and AI-enhanced insights such as smart narratives, natural language queries.

Proficient in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.

Experience with Alteryx for building repeatable workflows and data prep.

Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
