Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Data Cleaning and Preparation

Filter and clean data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Handle missing values.
Prepare datasets for Business Development Managers (BDMs) for dialing.

Data Exploration and Analysis

Use statistical tools and techniques to explore and analyze data.
Identify patterns, relationships, and trends within the data.

Data Visualization

Create visual representations of data findings.
Develop Excel reports and dashboards to present data in a comprehensible format.

Reporting

Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and findings.
Influence policy and decision-making processes through data insights.

Collaboration

Work with other departments to understand their data needs.
Assist in making informed decisions based on data insights.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree.
Any Data Analytics course certification.
Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and Python.
Strong communication skills.
