Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced PowerBI and Tableau developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and managing business intelligence solutions to enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to support business objectives.
Manage user roles and permissions (Row-Level Security - RLS) in cloud versions of BI tools.
Set up and monitor schedulers for automated report refreshes and ensure timely delivery of updated reports.
Work extensively with Tableau Cloud Services and Power BI Service on the cloud to implement and manage BI solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for BI solutions.
Optimize BI solutions for performance, usability, and scalability.
Write and troubleshoot SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
Conduct data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and visualization.
Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in BI tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI and Tableau.
Hands-on experience on Tableau Cloud Services and Power BI Service.
Proficiency in SQL and relational database management.
Strong understanding of data modeling and ETL processes.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and present findings effectively.
Experience with data integration tools and scripting languages is a plus.
Certification in PowerBI & Tableau is a plus.
