About the Role

We are seeking a

motivated AI Developer

with 0-1.5 years of experience to join our growing AI Engineering team. As an AI Developer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent applications, including

single-agent and multi-agent systems

, leveraging modern AI tools and frameworks. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build AI-powered solutions that solve real-world problems and enhance product capabilities.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about AI, eager to learn, and hands-on with development and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design and development of AI architectures including
LLM-integrated systems, single-agent, and multi-agent orchestration
Implement intelligent workflows using
open-source models, APIs, and orchestration frameworks
Fine-tune and evaluate pre-trained models using techniques like prompt engineering, vector search, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
Develop and test autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.
Collaborate with backend and frontend teams to integrate AI services into production environments
Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and propose solutions that align with product goals
Ensure model performance, reliability, and ethical use of AI in deployment scenarios

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-1.5 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development projects
Strong proficiency in
Python
and experience with AI frameworks such as
LangChain, HuggingFace, PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenAI APIs, or similar
Understanding of
machine learning fundamentals, LLMs, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
Familiarity with designing or working on
agent-based systems
and orchestrators
Experience with
REST APIs, JSON, and integrating third-party services/APIs
Good understanding of cloud platforms like
Azure, AWS, or GCP
for AI service deployment
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
RAG architectures
,
multi-agent coordination
, or tools like
LangGraph, AutoGPT, or CrewAI
Exposure to
low-code/no-code AI tools
or workflow automation platforms
Familiarity with
MLOps
, CI/CD pipelines for ML, and model monitoring tools
Participation in AI hackathons, open-source contributions, or research projects
