Data Analyst - MIS

• Maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and executive dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems and data sources.
• Develop strategies for improving the efficiency and performance of the organization's information management system.
• Gather, clean, and interpret large volumes of organizational data to produce meaningful reports and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for reporting and dashboard development.
• Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS systems.

Skills and Qualifications

Technical Expertise (Essential)

• Strong knowledge and experience with

  Advanced Microsoft Excel

  , including complex formulas, functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, etc.), Pivot Tables, and Macros/VBA.
• Expertise in

  Database Management

  and writing complex queries using

  SQL

  .
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Qlikview).
• Experience in

  data warehousing

  concepts and data governance policies is desirable.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Typically 2+ years of experience in an MIS, Reporting, or Data Analyst role
