Data Analyst- Lead

The responsibilities for this position include reviewing and coordinating with business application teams on data delivery requirements. You will be responsible for developing estimation and proposed delivery schedules in coordination with the development team. Additionally, you will develop sourcing and data delivery designs, review data models, metadata, and delivery criteria for solutions, and coordinate with the team on test criteria and testing performance. You will also contribute to the design, development, and completion of project deliverables, conduct in-depth data analysis, and contribute to strategic efforts. It is essential to have a complete understanding of how data is managed and sourced across multiple business areas. The primary goal of this role is to analyze MassMutual operational data and collaborate with the reporting team to provide the required data efficiently. The required knowledge, skills, and abilities for this position are as follows: - Experience with Data Dictionary, Data Lineage, and Critical Data Elements. - Proficiency in Data Warehousing, Impact Analysis, and Reporting Tools. - Familiarity with Informatics and SQL. - Knowledge of vendor management and STM Mapping. - Exposure to Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modeling Concepts. - Understanding of ETL Source to Target Mapping Document. - Ability to validate data using analytics tools. - Hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).,
