Data Analyst

The Senior Data Analyst (Supply Chain) will have a crucial role in developing the technology platform to support all supply chain integrations and solutions. You will be responsible for driving insights in collaboration with the analytics team to define system performance and identify opportunities. Additionally, you will collect business specifications and requirements from partner integration solutions and portal product management. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. You must possess intermediate to advanced skills in using data analysis tools such as MySQL and Snowflake, along with familiarity with visualization tools like PowerBI, Tableau, or Sigma. Experience with integration technologies like API, EDI, and other communication forms is essential. While an understanding of coding languages is preferred, it is not mandatory. With 3-5+ years of relevant experience, you should demonstrate the ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Effective communication skills are necessary to drive projects and insights for the betterment of the business. You will coordinate with core systems project management for strategic alignment and implementation, document workflows, and ensure governance over system solutions. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and possesses creative problem-solving skills. You should work with a sense of urgency, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
