QNXT/Schema knowledge Healthcare/business knowledge in member, eligibility, TPL, claims processing, provider, pharmacy claims Good/Excellent SQL skills Good Oral/Written communication skills Data Mapping experience Conversion/Interface/Reporting Experience Data Collection & Management Gather, clean, and validate data from various internal and external sources. Ensure data integrity and consistency across different datasets. Develop and maintain data pipelines and databases to manage incoming data efficiently. Data Analysis & Interpretation Analyze data sets using statistical techniques and tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.). Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets. Interpret data to provide actionable recommendations and business solutions. Reporting & Visualization Prepare detailed reports with key metrics, analysis, and trends. Create data visualizations (using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or others) to simplify complex data and provide stakeholders with clear insights. Develop dashboards and regular performance reports for management. Collaboration & Communication Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs. Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner, translating technical data into business-friendly insights. Support decision-making by providing data-driven reports and analysis. Process Improvement Suggest improvements to existing data collection, processing, and reporting practices. Participate in the design and optimization of automated reporting systems. Work on optimizing data models and processes for better efficiency and insights.
