Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze analytics and reporting requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies to assess functional requirements.
• Work with capability teams to identify required source systems, datasets, and tables.
• Translate functional requirements into technical solutions and design documentation (BRD/FD).
• Partner with data modelers and engineers to build technical solutions.
• Perform Functional Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Facilitate communication between IT and business teams.
• Support solution deployment into production.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance within Snowflake.
• Identify opportunities for process and solution improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
• Proven experience in Analytics-related projects and implementations.
• Exposure to SAP ERP systems (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of data modeling concepts (HANA modeling is a plus).
• Proficiency with SQL queries for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to BI reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) – Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI.
