Data Analytics Career Counselor (Only Female Candidate)

Are you passionate about the power of Data? BIT is looking for a specialized Data Analytics Career Counselor to help students and professionals transition into the high-demand field of Data Science and Analytics. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping candidates understand how data-driven skills can transform their careers.

Your Key Roles

• Expert Counseling: Guide students on the scope of Data Analytics, explaining the importance of data-driven decision-making in today's industry.
• Tool & Tech Guidance: Help candidates understand the roadmap of essential tools: Excel (Advanced), SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python for Data Analysis.
• Admission Conversion: Manage walk-ins and digital enquiries to achieve monthly enrollment targets.
• Team Leadership: Supervise a support team that handles lead calling and interview scheduling, so you can focus entirely on counseling.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 1–3 years in EdTech, Academic Counseling, or Analytics Recruitment.
• Technical Literacy: Awareness of what SQL, Power BI, and Python are used for in the industry (No coding or technical work required).
• Education: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, or B.Com with an interest in Data.
• Communication: Sharp, persuasive, and fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

Salary, Perks & Timing

• Support: No cold-calling; a separate team handles all backend coordination and appointment setting.
• Growth: Direct path to Senior Counselor or Branch Manager roles.
• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Monday – Saturday (Sunday Off).
