Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems using Python. Additionally, you will be building, integrating, and optimizing RESTful APIs for scalable applications. You will work with both NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) and relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL) for data management. Collaboration with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to integrate APIs will also be a part of your role. Writing clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices, troubleshooting, debugging, and improving application performance are key aspects of this position. Participation in code reviews and contribution to best engineering practices is expected. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python. - Build, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs for scalable applications. - Work with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB) for unstructured data management. - Manage and optimize relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL). - Collaborate with frontend developers and cross-functional teams to integrate APIs. - Write clean, reusable, and testable code following best practices. - Troubleshoot, debug, and improve application performance. - Participate in code reviews and contribute to best engineering practices. Qualification Required: - Strong programming skills in Python. - Experience in REST API development and integration. - Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CouchDB). - Good knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL, PostgreSQL). - Proficiency in version control tools (e.g., Git). - Solid understanding of software development principles and debugging techniques. Additional Details: Familiarity with frameworks like Django or Flask, knowledge of asynchronous programming (Celery, FastAPI, asyncio), experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines are considered good to have for this role.,
