Data Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing, building, and operationalizing visualization and user interface solutions at department, business unit, and enterprise levels, using data sourced from Google Cloud Platform. Your role will require high proficiency in SQL, Visualization Tools (Looker, Tableau), and user interface concepts to represent insights in data repositories effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to solve complex problems through data analytics. - Utilize BI&A development methodology for problem solving (Define, Develop, Validate, and Implement). - Translate business needs into reporting solutions by asking probing questions and designing metric management, dashboards, and enterprise performance management. - Interpret analysis results, identify trends and issues, develop forecasting alternatives to support business objectives. Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in SQL and visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker. - Strong customer focus and interaction skills to listen to users, explore data, and present multiple alternatives to meet solution objectives. - Experience with GCP is a plus. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Agile, scrum, or Kanban experience.
