Data Analyst

As a Project Analyst at our company, your primary role will be to support project management operations by meticulously collecting and analyzing data from various work sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Systematically collecting and consolidating daily records from multiple project sites, including details on work completed, materials consumed, labor hours, and equipment usage. - Compiling and generating accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPRs) and other periodic reports for management, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and potential delays. - Analyzing site data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement in productivity and resource allocation. - Developing and maintaining Excel-based tools and dashboards to streamline data collection and reporting processes. - Liaising effectively with site supervisors and project managers to ensure the timely and accurate flow of information. - Maintaining an organized and accessible database of all site records and reports for future reference and auditing purposes. The ideal candidate for this role will have exceptional Excel skills, including the ability to automate processes through basic programming.
