Dark Store Associate

We are looking for Associate profile for E-commerce dark stores for banglore location.

Location: HSR Layout, Banglore.

Key Responsibilities

● Receiving & Replenishment: Unload and process incoming shipments, ensuring all

products are received and organized correctly. Stock shelves and storage areas

efficiently to make sure products are ready for picking.

● Order Picking & Packing: Accurately pick items from shelves for customer orders

and carefully pack them to prevent damage and ensure they reflect our brand's high

standards.

● Inventory Control: Assist with regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain

accurate inventory records. Report any discrepancies or damaged products to the

Darkstore Executive.

● Return Processing: Process in coming returns from customer by sanitizing/folding

and repacking clothes. Putaway to respective bins in storage

● Operational Support: Work closely with the team to meet and exceed daily

productivity and on-time delivery goals.

● Quality & Safety: Follow all safety protocols and quality control procedures,

ensuring the darkstore remains a safe and clean environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

● High school diploma or equivalent.

● Previous experience in a Darkstorel, warehouse, or fulfillment center is required.

Preferably from the fashion ecommerce domain. Nykaa/Myntra/amazon.

● ability to handle HHD(Mobile devices) in warehouse day to day operations.

● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

● The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

● A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
